This page explain that dispose small home appliances.

出すときの注意事項 How to dispose largesized garbage

• 石油ストーブなど、ストーブ類に入っている燃料は必ず抜いてください。
• 電気製品に使われている電池は必ず抜いてください。
• 蛍光管、電球が付いている物は必ず取り外してください。
• ハサミやナイフを出すときは、刃の部分を必ず紙で包んで出してください。また、ほかの粗大ごみとは分けて出してください。
• 全てまとめるのではなく、下記に分けたような分類に大まかに分けて、収集場所に置いてください。

 

• Make sure to remove fuel from stoves, such as kerosene heaters.
• Always remove batteries from electronic devices.
• Fluorescent tubes and bulbs must be removed.
• When disposing of scissors or knives, wrap the blade with paper before placing them outside. Also, separate them from other bulky waste.
• Instead of combining everything, roughly categorize items into groups, as indicated below, and place them at the collection site.

 

具体的な品目 What is disposal small home appliances

基本的には電気で作動する製品（電源をコンセントから供給するコードが付いている物）、電池で作動する製品は全て小型家電です。ただし、携帯電話（スマートフォンも含みます）は別にして出してください。

また、携帯電話やパソコン内にあるデータ類（特に個人情報）については、ごみを出す方ご自身の責任で消去するか物理的に破壊してください。

 

In general, products that operate on electricity (those with a cord that supplies power from an outlet) and products that operate on batteries are all considered small appliances. However, please separate and dispose of mobile phones (including smartphones) separately. Additionally, regarding data within mobile phones or computers, especially personal information, it is the responsibility of the person disposing of the waste to either erase it or physically destroy it.

• 電気ストーブ（石油ストーブも含む）　Electric stove (including kerosene stove)
• カメラ（ビデオカメラ、デジタルスチルカメラ、フィルムカメラ等）　Camera (video camera, digital still camera, film camera, etc.)
• 電子レンジ・オーブンレンジ・トースター　Microwave oven, toaster oven, toaster
• ヘアドライヤーなど美容家電　Hair dryer and other beauty appliances
• 掃除機　Vacuum cleaner
• パソコン（デスクトップ、ノートパソコン）　Personal computer (desktop, laptop)
• 携帯電話（スマートフォン、タブレットパソコンも含む）　Mobile phone (including smartphones, tablet computers)

市では収集しない家電類 Appliances are not disposal in Fuefuki city

一部の家電については、市では収集せず、販売店等に相談して引き取ってもらうものがあります。

Some household appliances are not collected by the city, and for these items, residents are advised to consult with retailers or other appropriate channels for disposal.

• エレクトーン（電子ピアノ含む）などの楽器 Musical instruments such as Electone (including electronic pianos)
• ボイラー Boiler
• 温水器 Water heater
• 太陽光パネル Solar panel

また、下記の家電類は、「家電リサイクル法対象商品」となり、市では収集しませんのでご注意ください。

Please be aware that the following appliances fall under the "Home Appliance Recycling Law" and will not be collected by the city:

• 冷蔵庫 Refrigerators
• テレビ（液晶、プラズマ、ブラウン管いずれも） Televisions (LCD, plasma, cathode ray tube)
• 洗濯機 Washing machines
• 乾燥機 Dryers
• エアコン（室内機・室外機） Air conditioners (indoor and outdoor units)
